Wheelchair Passengers or Passengers with Special Needs or Medical Conditions
For safety reasons the number of passengers with restricted mobility carried on each flight is limited and is subject to numbers and therefore passengers with special requirements MUST BOOK BY PHONE.
If after discussion it is agreed that we are able to meet your requirements we will record the type and level of assistance required, for use by our airport Check-In staff and aircraft Cabin Crew.
